Recently, Nick Carboni of WCNC Charlotte stopped by The Stick for a special story on Dillon Lewis.

On this day, Carboni talked to Lewis and his family about his lifelong love of the game. From a kid, Lewis was a fan of the New York Yankees. Now, the talented outfielder, who calls Charlotte, NC home, is in the Yankees’ system.

For Lewis, the Charlotte area is important to him. He played at Ardrey Kell High School, Queens University and called The Stick home long before the Yankees selected him in the 13th round of the 2024 First-Year Player Draft.

You can watch the full interview below…

Our thanks to Nick for taking a trip out to West Charlotte to tell this special story.
