We offer the ability to join teams for hundreds of players, from T-Ball through high school.
Hundreds of players, from T-Ball through high school, suit up in uniform to experience the incredible benefits of playing team sports. By joining their peers year-round, they enhance their educational capabilities and prepare for promising futures. Teams are formed through the Carolinas Metro Reds, an MLB RBI affiliate powered by Knothole, with the Stick Williams Dream Fields serving as their home base.
Our skills clinics introduce many young athletes to playing ball and highlight a portion of what Knothole offers. They include basic skills instruction, strength and conditioning, and health and wellness training. Sign up to get started!
