Our Mission & Vision

The Knothole Foundation is increasing access and opportunities for underserved youth through team participation and skills development – both on and off the field. Our long term vision is to create communities where every child has the option to play, learn and grow as a person.

We are devoted to removing the racial inequity and expensive barriers of facilities, equipment and instruction by providing underrepresented youth the access to ‘America’s game’ that they deserve.

Our Roster

An All-Star Team

Former MLB Players, Jeff Schaefer and Morris Madden, are fully committed to the mission of Knothole, leveraging their extensive professional playing experience and their decade-plus years of leading youth baseball organizations.

Honoring “Stick”

A Community Champion

Richard “ Stick” Williams has a passion for changing the lives of children through sport and unlocking their potential through opportunity. Stick is one of our impactful partners, and together, we built the Richard “Stick” Williams Dream Fields and Education Center. This center brings our youth more opportunities than just sport, but access to educational tools to build Major League citizens.
