Knothole impacts thousands of young people annually through our exciting introductory camps and clinics held at the Stick and in the community.
Our skills clinics open the door to a large number of youth – many for the first time – to experience playing ball, and showcasing what Knothole has to offer them. Clinics will feature basic skills instruction, and can include strength and conditioning protocols, and health and wellness training.
