By applying to volunteer with the Knothole Foundation of the Carolinas, you understand and agree to the following: (required to check all)

Knothole will perform a criminal background check on the volunteer applicant. Knothole may request and contact references for the volunteer applicant. If the application and background check are cleared, the volunteer applicant must complete a volunteer orientation and training with Knothole before volunteer service begins. No compensation will be given for volunteer services.
