A NOTE FROM JEFF SCHAEFER, KNOTHOLE CO-FOUNDER
Baseball is the conduit for the Knothole Foundation of the Carolinas, Carolinas Metro Reds and U Deserve A Chance Foundation. Together, we operate as one — united by a mission to make a difference in the lives of young people and families throughout our community.
Today, we are asking for your help.
On June 2, students from Title I high schools on the west side of Charlotte will walk across the graduation stage and into the next chapter of their lives. For many, this moment represents overcoming obstacles most will never fully understand.
We want to honor their achievement by helping them walk across that stage dressed for success, with confidence, pride, and dignity.
Whether it’s donating dress clothes male and female), shoes, accessories, or simply lending your support, your participation can make a lasting impact on a graduating senior who deserves to feel celebrated.
This is bigger than baseball.
This is about people
This is about community.
This is about showing these young men and women that they matter.
Thank you for believing in what we do and for helping us continue to create opportunities, hope, and encouragement for the next generation.
