WEST CHARLOTTE, N.C. — In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, the Knothole Foundation is proud to host a Free Mental Health Awareness Baseball & Softball Clinic on Saturday, May 23, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., bringing together youth, families, coaches, and community leaders for an afternoon focused on wellness, empowerment, and the positive impact of sports.
The free clinic will provide young athletes with instruction in baseball and softball fundamentals while also promoting the importance of mental health awareness, confidence, teamwork, and emotional well-being both on and off the field.
Participants will engage in skill development activities, interactive discussions, and motivational experiences designed to encourage healthy minds and healthy lifestyles through sports.
The event is open to youth ages 6-12.
