Knothole impacts thousands of young people annually through our exciting introductory camps and clinics held at the Stick and in the community.

Register & Suit Up

Our skills clinics open the door to a large number of youth – many for the first time – to experience playing ball, and showcasing what Knothole has to offer them. Clinics will feature basic skills instruction, and can include strength and conditioning protocols, and health and wellness training.

A Mother-Daughter Softball Legacy Clinic ~ May 9, 2026

Join us on May 9th from 12:30pm -2:00pm for a special Mother-Daughter Softball Legacy Clinic where players of all generations and skill levels, are invited to celebrate the game and connect on the diamond.

Baseball & Softball Mental Health Awareness Clinic ~ May 23, 2026

Join us from 12:00pm-2:00pm for a combined Mental Health Awareness clinic open to all young baseball & softball athletes looking to learn, improve, and have fun.

Teams

Hundreds of young players, from T-Ball to high school, join teams through the Carolinas Metro Reds, an MLB RBI affiliate. Playing at the Stick Williams Dream Fields, they enjoy the benefits of team sports, improve their education, and prepare for bright futures.
