In celebration of National Pet Month this April, join us on April 4th from 11am-1pm for a day of community play dedicated to our furry friends at our free Bark in the Park clinic. Through inclusive activities like pet-and-player relay races and walk-the-bases challenges, we will highlight how the teamwork found in athletics mirrors the compassion and responsibility required to care for animals.
This clinic comes at a critical time as our local shelters face an unprecedented capacity crisis with significant overcrowding. Whether you choose to adopt, foster a dog to open up a lifesaving kennel, or simply attend to raise awareness, your involvement directly supports our community’s overextended rescue volunteers. We will conclude the event by meeting local adoptable dogs and celebrating our community bond, with complimentary snacks and pet treats provided for all participants.
